Billie Faiers says King Charles should have handed throne to William after Queen's death

Billie Faiers has chucked her two cents in, commenting on the state of the monarchy following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

Following the 96-year-old monarch's death last week, her heir Charles became King Charles III.

Prince William is now heir to the throne with his eldest son Prince George second in line to the throne.

All other members of the family move up a space, including Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Prince Harry and his two children Archie and Lilibet.

But former TOWIE star Billie, 33, had other idea about how the line of succession would look following Her Majesty’s death.

Billie and her sister Sam took to their YouTube channel on Tuesday to launch the latest episode of The Same and Billie Show.

The pair caught up on what they’d been up to in the last week and discussed the news at the top of the agenda – the Queen’s death.

Billie told how she “burst out crying” when the news broke early on Thursday evening.

Sam said: “She was 96 so for me it is sad but, equally it should be more of a celebration of her life because she made it to 96 and she was the Queen for 70 years.”

Pregnant Billie chimed in: “And she was an amazing queen as well.”

But Sam then moved the conversation on to what would happen next.

The reality telly star said: “I think there’s going to be so many changes, like you hear the news and read articles and already I think there’s going to be so many changes, do you?”

Billie agreed and then dropped a bombshell as the admitted she though King Charles would abdicate.

“Yeah, I mean I thought Charles would have handed it to William,” she said.

Sam instantly disagreed, replying: “I didn’t think he would, Charles has waited his whole life for this moment. What is he? In his 70s?”

But Billie stood by her comment and said: “I do think that one day William will make an amazing king.”

The sisters started their show back in November last year and release episodes weekly.

Billie is currently pregnant with her third child and recently opened up about her plans for the birth and said she is "undecided" over having a home birth.

Sister Sam has welcomed two children with home births, though Billie worries she wouldn't be as relaxed as her sister.

"The idea is lovely, and I've seen her have two home births and they've both been amazing, and I love the idea of getting into your own bed after with the baby," she told OK! magazine .

"I've got that worry in the back of my head [though]. Samantha was 100% confident with her home birth, and I don't know if I've got that."
