Billie Faiers has said she accidentally drank her sister Sam Faiers ' placenta juice soon after she gave birth to Edward back in May.
The former TOWIE star, 32, made the confession during Tuesday's episode of the podcast The Sam and Billie Show.
Sam, 31, said: "For those of you that don't know, I had my placenta made into tablets, gummies, body oil. I had the full works."
She also had a placenta tincture made, which can be added to drinks.
Billie said: "About a week after [you gave birth], when I come back round again to see you, you had a water bottle on the side and I was drinking out of it.
"You said, 'Oh, erm, that's got my tincture in it,' and it was your placenta juice."
She added: "I was like, 'What? I just drank your placenta juice?'"
At the time, Sam reassured her sister it was "really good" for her.
To make a tincture, the placenta is soaked in alcohol to create a liquid extract.
Sam said: "When I first got it, I wasn't sure what to do with that, so I was putting little caps of it and I was doing this," as she motioned drinking a shot.
She added: "I was actually drinking basically a shot of vodka."
Billie joked: "That's what has got you through the first few weeks."
Sam shares children Paul Jr, six, Rosie, four, and Edward, two months, with her husband Paul Knightley.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Billie said she would be open to having oils and tablets made when she gives birth, after recently revealing she is expecting her third child with husband Greg Shepherd.
Greg and Billie also share Nelly, seven, and Arthur, five.
Billie took to Instagram to announce her pregnancy last month.
She shared a picture from Abu Dhabi with her daughter affectionately planting a kiss on her tummy. Greg and Arthur also stood beside them.
She wrote: "Baby number 3 we can’t wait to meet you. We are so happy and excited."
