Billie Faiers has given her mum Suzie her old house in Essex after she moved into a swanky £1.4million mansion with husband Greg.
The reality star, 32, has brought her fans along as she chronicled buying and doing up her new property, and now her young family have moved into their dream abode.
But it seems the mum-of-two didn’t want her old home, and all the memories in it, go to be lost forever so she has passed the property on to her mum Suzie Wells.
The kind-hearted Mummy Diaries star also gave her mum a hand to move and get settled into her old house, a process which has been documented on social media.
Suzie, who’s amassed quite the following herself, posted snaps from moving day where she can be seen unpacking her belongings in Billie’s old kitchen.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who is currently pregnant with her third child, can be heard in the background as she decanted her kitchenware into the cupboards.
Billie sang “pia-, pia-, piano,” as employees from the moving company carried a keyboard into her old house.
Suzie thanked her eldest daughter in the clip, writing on the Instagram Story: "@billieshepherdofficial thank you for organising my move for me."
She added: "Nothing is too much."
In addition to giving her old home to her mum and helping her move in, Billie clearly wanted her beloved mother to feel settled as soon as possibly so had given her a huge bouquet of pink and white roses.
The lovely gesture flowers sat on the window ledge of the newly renovated kitchen as Suzie snapped a picture for the ‘gram.
She wrote: "Thank you @Billieshephersofficial @gregory_shep for my beautiful flowers," alongside two heart emojis.
On Billie’s own Instagram, she took a video of her three-year-old son Arthur presenting the roses to his grandmother.
She wrote: "Taking some flowers round to nanny Suzie's to put in her new home" along with a string of emojis.
Earlier this month, Billie revealed she has finally moved into her new £1.4million Essex mansion after three years of renovations.
Explaining getting to this point hadn’t been plain sailing, she told her 2.3 million followers: “Three years in the making and we have finally moved into our new home.
“It sure has been a journey. Highs and lows and ALOT of arguments along the way. I can finally say it was worth it in the end.”
Billie continued: “The amount of times someone has said that to me during this house build... sometimes it felt impossible but it really does feel worth every minute.
“We still have some work to complete, but it really is coming together and we will continue to share our crazy journey with you all and our next chapter on @familydiariesofficial and of course lots of house updates on our home account @athomewiththesheps.”
Billie's luxury home features a huge outdoor area which includes a pool surrounded by a sprawling patio and manicured lawns. There is also a covered dining and kitchen area in the garden and what appears to be a hot tub.
