Billie Eilish 's tour manager introduced the singing sensation onto the stage last night at the GRAMMYs, but eagle-eyed fans all spotted the same thing.
Nicole Massey who has been Billie's production manager since 2019, gave a shout out of recognition to all "women in touring" before introducing "the best 20-year-old boss in the world" onto the stage.
After her nervy intro on April 3 at the GRAMMYs, Billie then appeared and performed a moving rendition of her hit Happier Than Ever – but it wasn't Billie's killer vocals that captured the attention of viewers at home.
While Nicole introduced her 20-year-old boss, she could be seen shaking – which was pointed out by eagle-eyed viewers watching the awards ceremony at home.

One GRAMMYs viewer took to Twitter to say: "I liked the introductions by the tour managers. I felt sorry for Billie Eilish's tour manager as her hand kept shaking, as would mine if I had to talk in front of all those people. Well done by all."
Another added: "This woman Nicole who intro’ed Billie Eilish was shaking like a leaf and did not give her nervousness away in her voice at all! Go Nicole!"
A third cheered on Nicole and said: "Whoever that lady was on the #GRAMMYs, she did an AMAZING job presenting Billie Eilish. F*ck shaking, I would’ve vomited on stage."
While a fourth penned: "God bless this woman. Her mic was shaking mad, how her voice remained calm and smooth is a wonder. Production execs really deserve a lot of commendation. I’m so happy they made her introduce Billie Eilish."
And a fifth added: "It was pretty sweet to have the production manager for @billieeilish do her introduction. And bless her heart, she was so nervous her hands didn’t stop shaking."
Billie was up for seven nominations at the 2022 GRAMMYs, but sadly lost out and walked away empty handed for the first time in a while.
On hand to show his support, her brother Finneas tweeted: "We love silk sonic!! We love Jon batiste!!! We love everyone who won tonight!!
"I don’t wanna see anyone talking any trash at ALL!! Nothing but love!! Talented musicians won tonight!! We were lucky to be nominated!! And lucky to perform!!"
But all was not lost because just a week ago at the Oscars Billie won a gong for her 007 theme song No Time to Die.
Taking home Best Original Song for her 007 track, Billie might not have won at the GRAMMYs, but she's still a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
