Billi Mucklow reportedly feels like she 'made the right decision' marrying Andy Carroll following his stag-do shame.
The worse-for-wear footballer was pictured passed out in bed in his hotel room in Dubai with blonde bar manager Taylor Jane Wilkey just weeks before their big day.
Billi reportedly held crisis talks with the father of her three children ahead of their wedding after pictures of Taylor pouting in bed next to Andy and wearing his dressing gown emerged.
The footie star is alleged to have invited Taylor and her friend Phoebe Robb - plus his mates - up to his hotel suite to carry on partying after a day on the sauce.
But bar manager Taylor has insisted nothing happened between them.
And now, a source claimed that Billi is 'happier than ever' after tying the knot with the former England football player earlier this month.
"Billi is feeling defiant. She definitely made the right decision going ahead with the wedding, she wasn’t going to let what happened ruin the day," a source explained to OK!
Mirror have contacted Billi's representatives for comment.
The happy couple are currently soaking up the sun on their honeymoon in Tulum, Mexico, with the source claiming the holiday made them 'remember why they fell in love in the first place.'
"They’re so in love with each other. They’re enjoying their honeymoon and putting it behind them. She’s feeling happier than ever," the source added.
Billi and Andy were recently pictured looking head over heels for each other as they snogged on the streets of Tulum.
They then hopped on an all-terrain vehicle and visited some Mayan ruins on a tour.
Just several weeks ago, Billi and Andy were hitting headlines after he was pictured with the blonde bar manager.
One of the women in the snaps insists "nothing sexual happened" when she visited the dad-of-five's hotel room with friends, and it seems Billi was able to put the pre-wedding drama behind her and still walk down the aisle.
The bride and Andy even reportedly managed to laugh at the stag do drama just moments before exchanging vows and becoming husband and wife.

It was reported at the time that guests at Hampshire's luxurious Four Seasons Hotel sniggered at one point during the happy couple's service when the registrar asked the couple's guests if anyone knew of any reason why the pair shouldn't be joined in matrimony.
The congregation reportedly burst out laughing following the awkwardly-timed question - with Billi and Andy joining in.
A guest said: "They were emotional when they saw each other, but the atmosphere totally changed when the registrar asked if anyone present knew why they should not be married.
"Everyone started laughing really loud and Billi and Andy joined in."
