A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision involving a car.
Cheshire Police said officers were called to Ringway Road at around 1.30pm today.
A force spokesman said they found a collision had occurred involving a grey Citroen DS4 and a motorbike.

The biker was taken to Aintree University Hospital.
Police have confirmed a passenger was also riding pillion on the bike.
The force spokesman said a passenger in the car was taken to Whiston Hospital “as a precaution”.
Halton Road has been shut at the junction of Halton Court and Ringway Road.
Emergency services including a paramedic car and multiple police vehicles remained at the scene, with traffic officers carrying out an investigation.
The grey Citroen and a light-coloured Yamaha R125 motorbike at the junction with Halton Court were the focus of the investigation.
A resident told the ECHO an air ambulance had landed at the scene.
The police spokesman said: “At around 1.30pm on Thursday, June 9, police were called to reports of a collision on Ringway Road, Runcorn.
“Officers attended and found there had been a collision between a grey Citroen DS4 and a motorbike.
“The rider of the motorbike is believed to have sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision.
“They have been taken to Aintree hospital.
“A passenger from the car has also been taken to Whiston Hospital as a precaution.
“Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing and the road is currently closed as a result of the incident.
