Big Sean and Jhene Aiko announced their baby's gender while performing in Los Angeles, California.
The couple, who have been dating on and off since 2016, revealed the exciting news mid-performance at the Greek Theatre.
Taking to the stage on Thursday (October 13), Sean and Jhene, both 34, announced that they were expecting a baby boy.
Footage shared on Twitter shows the moment the pair dance together while singing Moment – seconds before shocking fans.
The clip was captioned: "Jhene Aiko and Big Sean have announced that they're having a baby boy last night at their LA performance."
Heavily pregnant Jhene can be seen belting the words before Sean walks over and places his hands on her stomach.
"LA make some noise," he says before appearing to add: "Make some noise for my baby boy" as they both cheer in front of the crowd.
The clip shows the audience go wild after the unexpected news was revealed.
The pair, who have been pals since 2012, announced they were expecting back in July and the baby boy is Sean‘s first child and Jhene‘s second.
She has a 13-year-old daughter, Namiko Love, with O’Ryan.
Only yesterday, Sean took to his Instagram to say Jhene was 35 weeks pregnant and was "fina pop" after sharing snaps from their baby shower.
"Nothing more creative than creating a creation," he captioned one of the posts. "The family is growing, we ready for you baby boy," he confirmed in another.
Fans were quick to praise the couple following the release of the baby shower pictures.
One said: "I love y’all sooooooo much. May God shower many blessings upon ya’ll & your new lil bundle of joy!
"Praying for everlasting years of peace & happiness! With both of your talent, I can’t imagine the amount of talent he’s about to have. I can NOT wait."
Another said: "I love you two together. It’s just magic. So happy. Can’t wait for more new music!"
A third penned: "Congratulations man. Being a dad for me is the best life change ever. Your gonna do great."
Some, however, have commented on Sean's outfit changes during the shower as he appears to be sporting a different attire in some snaps.
"This is how I know Big Sean is hyped about this baby because man even changed outfits more than Jhene," joked one follower.
Another added: "Big Sean changing into a Burberry shirt for him and Jhene's baby shower is sending me."
