Flenory, aged 56, was convicted in 2008 on charges of drug trafficking and money laundering.
Recently, he was transferred to the residential program in Miami, where he will be monitored until his sentence concludes on January 27, 2026, according to the federal prison website. The residential reentry center in Miami is tasked with providing community-based services to aid federal offenders in their reentry process.
