Big Brother winners think revamped show will be 'completely different'

Some of Big Brother's most famous faces have explained why the revamped show will be different.

Fans were thrilled when ITV confirmed the reality TV show will return to our screens next year. Kate Lawler, Chantelle Houghton and Anthony Hutton all appeared on today's edition of This Morning to discuss Big Brother's eagerly awaited comeback.

The contestants all enjoyed successful stints in the Big Brother house as they were each crowned winners of their respective seasons. However, Kate said the show will be completely different this time around due to the rise of social media.

She said: "Everything has changed so much." Tuesday's edition of ITV's flagship daytime programme was hosted by Vernon Kay and Rochelle Humes.

The Saturdays singer said the public's reaction is a lot more "instant" in the age of social media. She said: "You can literally be the villain overnight now or the hero."

The former Big Brother winners all agreed they were glad to have appeared on the reality TV show before the rise of social media. Chantelle said: "I was just on the cusp of it.

"I feel quite lucky that I got protected from that."
