Big Brother is making a comeback on ITV2, with the new series to air as soon as next autumn, according to reports.
The original reality TV show aired on Channel 4 between 2000-2010, before moving to Channel 5 in 2011 and ending in 2018. According to The Mirror, ITV is in talks to bring back Big Brother on ITV2 next year. An insider also claimed: “This needs to be totally new and fresh. It’s all about drawing in a young audience.

“The aim is to get back to basics and interfere less, with fewer challenges.” Rylan Clark, Emma Willis and Davina are unlikely to return, they said.
Speaking to RadioTimes at the Audio & Radio Industry Awards, Rylan said: "I've been very vocal that I'd always love Big Brother to come back. I miss it dearly and I think we're screaming out for it. So fingers crossed!"
Big Brother 15 winner Mark Byron, from Liverpool, tweeted his delight at hearing the show was returning on Monday. He said: "I am so excited, almost emotional that Big Brother is finally coming back to our screens. BB was ahead of its time and showcased a truly diverse cast from the get go. The UK has been sad for so long and BB is just what’s needed to bring back some joy!"
The show's return was teased during an advert that aired during the Love Island final on Monday.
