Grace captioned an image of all four of their children standing together as she wrote: "Mr Atticus Henry Dalton's big day." She also shared images of her and Mikey holding a candle together as she also held the baby.
There was a further picture of Grace, Georgiana and Atticus all together as they shared an embrace. She captioned it: "My oldest and youngest 10 years apart."
Grace previously revealed she suffered from a life-threatening condition during pregnancy which prompted her labour to be induced. Speaking to OK! from their Liverpool home, Grace explained: "I had to be induced early as I had a condition called anti-C, which can cause complications with the baby’s antibodies."
She added: "I never had it with my other pregnancies, it was stressful. All through the pregnancy I had to give blood every two weeks." She explained that the labour was quite intense but also very quick and baby Atticus weighed 9lb 6oz and entered the world by 11.45am after Grace heading to the delivery room at 6am.
