Grace and Mikey met on the seventh series of Big Brother, and got engaged just four months later, before tying the knot in 2009 and have since set up their own property developing firm.
They have said their family is now completed and they’ve insisted they won’t be having any more children after the difficult birth of Atticus.
Grace revealed she suffered from a life-threatening condition during pregnancy which prompted her labour to be induced.
Speaking to OK! from their Liverpool home, Grace explained: "I had to be induced early as I had a condition called anti-C, which can cause complications with the baby’s antibodies.
"I never had it with my other pregnancies, it was stressful. All through the pregnancy I had to give blood every two weeks."
She explained that the labour was quite intense but also very quick and baby Atticus weighed 9lb 6oz and entered the world by 11.45am after Grace heading to the delivery room at 6am.
Mikey said that when the baby was born, he and Grace "looked at each other and just started crying."
Grace explained: "I had a bleed at the beginning of the pregnancy so it was emotional, you just want everything to be alright.
"So when it is, you’re delighted and relieved."
Their other children are delighted to have a new baby brother, as Mikey said: "They were delighted. They kept coming over and saying things like, “Look at his little hands!” and stroking his head like he’s a small dog!"
Atticus is fitting into the family well and is happy and healthy. Grace said: "He’s fantastic. I breastfed all of them, but because he’s a bit bigger he’s feeding non-stop and I feel like I’m a milk machine at the minute.
"He doesn’t really sleep, but I think when you’ve got kids already you just get used to being sleep deprived."
She added: "It’s such a blessing to be able to have so many children. We feel fortunate to have a big family."
When asked if they have plans for any more kids, Grace said: "It’s funny as people keep asking if we’re having any more and I’m like, “Four is a big number!” But I think we’re complete now."
