'Big boost' for Nottingham Forest as key Brentford man banned for City Ground clash

Ivan Toney's suspension has not gone unnoticed ahead of Nottingham Forest's Premier League clash with Brentford next weekend.

Toney picked up a fifth yellow card in the 1-1 draw against Wolves on Saturday afternoon, meaning the 26-year-old striker will now serve a one-match ban and therefore miss Brentford's trip to the City Ground on November 5 (3pm).

In 12 appearances for the Bees this season, Toney has contributed eight goals and two assists, becoming a key part of Thomas Frank's team. Speaking about the ban after the Wolvers draw, Bees boss Frank said: "It happens, we need to find solutions for Saturday."
