Biffy Clyro heading to Dundee as new tour dates released

Biffy Clyro are heading to Dundee next month to bring their high-octane set to the city’s music fans.

The Ayrshire rockers are playing two gigs at Fat Sams on March 7.

Other gigs also including nights at Glasgow and in London.

The ‘special acoustic performances’ are in conjunction with Assai Records.

The band say that previously purchased tickets remain valid for the new dates.

Just last month we told how the band sold sold out their limited edition cassettes within minutes of them going on sale - proving that the retro format is making its strongest comeback yet.

The group wanted to celebrate the ninth anniversary of Opposites and manufactured 500 of the cassettes for fans.

They wrote on their website: "To celebrate 9 years since the release of Opposites, we are releasing a limited edition cassette of the double album.

"Only 500 copies available, each one will be individually numbered and housed in recycled yellow casing.”

The cassettes were priced at £6 but within minutes they were gone leaving some fans frustrated.
