BGT's George Sampson shows off sleeve tattoos as he looks very different 13 years on

George Sampson shot to fame on Britain's Got Talent 13 years ago - and he looks almost unrecognisable these days.

The street dancer from Warrington, who made his appearance on the talent show at the age of 14 - and is now 28 - has changed dramatically since he sky-rocketed to fame in 2007.

He is still doing what he loves most - performing - and is currently starring in Everybody's Talking About Jamie.

George has lost his baby face and has grown facial hair, which makes him look noticeably different.

Teenage George danced to Timbaland's tune Drop in a bid to impress the BGT judges, where he proceeded to the next round, but failed to make it to the semi-finals.

A year later, George returned and performed Bob Sinclair's Rock This Party in front of Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan.

He got through to the next round, which led to his iconic Singin' In The Rain routine.

After winning over BGT fans, George dabbled into TV.

He played Kyle Stack in Waterloo Road from 2011 to 2012, and again in 2013, as well as starring in CBBC's The Dumping Ground, and Emmerdale in 2016.

But he also tried out reality TV - appearing on the fourth series of Celebrity Coach Trip in 2019.

Outside of his career, George has a girlfriend, Kazmin Borrer, who plays Vicki in Everybody's Talking About Jamie.

He often shares loved-up snaps of the pair together on his Instagram.

Earlier this year, the star told how he is bombarded with young girls flirting with him online - who still think he's 14.

He said everyone thinks he is the same age as when he was on the ITV show.

He said: "I’m 27, but people still think I’m a teenager when they meet me! I get patronised when I’m spoken to a lot of the time. It’s like people only relate to me as a little kid. Young girls still talk to me on TikTok like a young lad too - people just don’t get that I’m all grown up.

"Girls hit on me all the time online and I have to tell them, 'you’re too young for me!'

"Truth is, I’ve been with my girlfriend a year and we’re very much in love. We met touring for a musical together and her name is Kazmin. For Valentine's Day, I cooked her a slap-up meal and surprise, surprise – we stayed in.

"One day I’ll be settling down and getting married - or turning 30 in a few years' time - I don’t know what people will make of that."
