BGT judges give out 8th Golden Buzzer in show first as inspirational dancer moves viewers

Britain's Got Talent aired another Golden Buzzer moment on Saturday night, in the last show before the live semi-finals.

All four judges Bruno Tonioli, Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden got up and pressed the buzzer together, for an inspirational dancer.

Musa Motha, aged 27, performed a contemporary routine to ‘Runnin’ (LoseIt All)’ by Naughty Boy ft. Beyoncé & Arrow Benjamin.

His routine won over the audience who screamed and cheered for him, leading to the impressed judges sending him straight through to the live shows.

The moment technically broke the rules as the judges are only meant to have one buzzer each, but it's not the first time this has happened in the current series.

They decided the dancer was worth the rule-break, the third one this series, as they gave him a golden buzzer leaving him overwhelmed.

Judges Bruno, Alesha, Simon and Amanda get to press the buzzer each series and secure an act.

Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly share a buzzer, but this time around two of the judges got a second buzzer - before all four judges pressed for a final act.

Musa became the eighth act to get a buzzer this series, following seven other acts securing a place in the next round.

As he appeared on stage, he revealed he was diagnosed with cancer when he was young and it led to the amputation of his left leg.

The hopeful, who recently moved from South Africa to London ahead of his audition, revealed he played football before losing his leg to the disease, before he fell in love with music.

After asking a friend to teach him to dance, he revealed he now wants to inspire others with his performances.

He then began his routine, and immediately wowed over the audience and the judges with his incredible moves which Ant called "sensational".

As the hosts patted him on the back, Bruno burst into tears along with Amanda while Simon was speechless.

Musa stepped back out onto the stage to see a standing ovation from the audience and the judges, and after some feedback the judges pressed the famous buzzer.

The dancer couldn't believe it and broke down surrounded by confetti, as the judges raced onto the stage to comfort him - after the audience had chanted for them to press the buzzer.

In fact the judges could not even speak over the noise of the audience chanting and booing at them for not pressing the buzzer.

Eventually Simon asked if they could do it, and the quartet stood up and met their demands.

If an act is awarded the golden buzzer at the end of their audition, it grants them a place in one of the live semi-finals of the show.

This means they skip past the bootcamp stage of the competition, giving them a head start.

Bruno was the first person to press the buzzer, and he chose dance group Ghetto Kids.

During the second show, Simon became the second judge to press his golden buzzer, opting to chose young Malakai Bayoh.

The next judge to choose a golden buzzer act was Alesha, and she chose Chickenshed, an inclusive theatre company.

Amanda Holden's Golden Buzzer went to a young girl called Olivia, who performed Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked!.

Ant and Dec finally pushed their Golden Buzzer for a 'famous' music artist, MB14.

In a later episode, Bruno pressed the buzzer for a second time and secured another act - singer Gamal John.

Simon also got a second act the following week, as he opted to give dance group Unity a chance after their empowering performance.

Finally, all four judges pressed the buzzer for Musa in the final auditions show before the live episodes airing from Monday.

Britain's Got Talent's live semi-finals begin on Monday at 8PM on ITV1 and ITVX.
