Staff at a Nando's received an order worth almost £2k from Beyoncé before her headline show in Edinburgh. The award-winning singer, who is currently on her world tour, played a sell-out gig at Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday (May 20).
A photo of the order which totalled to a massive £1,809.35 was tweeted (then deleted) by a Beyoncé fan account over the weekend which showed just what she treated her entourage to before they hit the stage. EdinburghLive reports how the receipt shows that the order consisted of 50 sunset burgers, 30 fino pittas, 30 butterfly burgers, 60 chicken pittas, 20 beanie burgers, and 10 chicken wings.
The whole order came to £1,809.35 including tax. One fan commented: "Beyoncé's team using her actual name to order food is SO UNSERIOUS."
Another said: "Beyonce unhinging her jaw to devour her nandos order before her show." A third wrote: "Beyonce going for a cheeky Nandos is sending me."
Nando's cannot comment on an individual's order.
