Beyoncé has reportedly set out a strict set of rules for any staff on her upcoming world tour as she prepares to hit the road in the near future.
The chart-topping singer is said to be determined to create a safe working environment for all involved and has laid down the law when it comes to the team behind her extravagant show.
Beyoncé has reportedly not only implemented a strict no alcohol or drugs policy but is also carrying out checks to make sure everyone from her dancers to roadies passes a '#MeToo' test.
The Formation vocalist announced her Renaissance tour earlier this year and preparations for the string of 2023 dates are well underway.
A source told The Sun: “Bey knows the new performances will require intense choreography and precision, so everyone has to be clean and sober. There won’t be any crazy partying on the road either.
“She is also carrying out #MeToo checks with the dancers, band and crew with hopes doing so will make the tour a safe and friendly work environment."
The insider also revealed that Bey plans to provide on-demand mental-health support for her workers as they travel around the globe.
They added how, due to the gruelling nature of touring, those on tour "will also have access to mental-health support while on the road".
The insider added how the singer "knows people are happiest when they know their well-being is fulfilled" and hopes to use her knowledge and "lead by example".
Beyoncé is yet to announce the dates for the tour but has already sold off the first set of tickets for an eye-watering sum for her mother Tina Knowles’ Wearable Art Gala in October.
The tickets – which included VIP flights – were auctioned for $54,000 at the fundraising bash.
Meanwhile Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z have been busy cementing themselves as music royalty once again by becoming the two artists with the most Grammy nominations in history.
The pair reached the incredible milestone after the 65th Grammy Awards nominations were announced leaving them with a grand total of 88 nominations each over the years.
Bey bagged herself a huge nine nominations for the upcoming prestigious awards ceremony – but was one short of pipping Jay to the post as the most nominated artist of all-time.
He became the most Grammy nominated act ever in November 2021 with his three nominations that year taking his total to 83.
His additional five nods for next year's ceremony however have now left the pair neck in neck as they are both sitting pretty on 88 nominations.
The move has seen them cemented as one of the most powerful celebrity couples out there.
