Beyonce will arrive in Sunderland on Tuesday with her Renaissance tour and, as scores of fans await her arrival, they are predicting the music icon is about to make a very public geture to honour the city.
Beyonce, the megastar who shot to fame as one of Destiny's Child, before giving the world anthems like Crazy in Love, Single Ladies and Run The World, has been in the UK for the last week with her Renaissance shows, having kicked them off in Europe earlier this month.
Given that the album of the same name caused a real frenzy when it was released last year, hot on the heels of lead single Break My Soul, anticipation is at fever pitch for the singer's arrival in Wearside, after she delighted fans in Cardiff and Edinburgh for her first two UK dates.

And fans have spotted a big trend on Queen B's Instagram since the Renaissance tour began; she has changed her Instagram bio to match the location she's played; which means that, for at least a day, Sunderland is set to feature at the top of her Insta page. Predicting Beyonce to make that very move, one fan took to Twitter to post: "I literally can’t wait for Beyoncé to have Sunderland, UK in her insta bio."
Beyonce's Renaissance tour setlist caused a bit of a stir when it was made public last week, with a real different of opinion over neither Single Ladies or Halo making the cut, along with other big hits like Irreplaceable and Deja-Vu.
After a huge rush for tickets when they first became available, there are still some left for Beyonce in Sunderland on Ticketmaster, with seats still available.
