Beyonce has been forced to cancel one of her Renaissance Tour performances due to "scheduling issues".
In a statement released on Twitter, the singer confirmed she will not be performing in Pittsburgh on August 3.
The Renaissance World Tour account said: "Due to production logistics and scheduling issues, unfortunately the August 3rd Pittsburgh stop of the RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR will not be taking place.
"Refunds will automatically be issued at point of purchase. If you have any questions or issues regarding your ticket order, please contact your point of purchase."
In a follow-up tweet, they added: "Apologies to all those who had tickets to this date - my heart goes out to you," and encouraged fans to use their refund to purchase tickets for another date.
Fans were absolutely devastated with the news, as one person tweeted: "WHAT IS HAPPENING."
Another said: "Omigosh this real? What is happening," while a third worried fan added: "OMG SHE BETTER NOT THINK ABOUT TAKING MIAMI OUT omggggg what’s happening."
"Omg not the show on my birthday," someone else tweeted.
The cancellation news comes after Beyonce has been busy wowing fans on her sold-out world tour, which has helped her break a world record.
Amazon Music revealed that Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour collaboration with them has broken the record for Amazon's first-day merchandise sales from an artist collaboration.
The announcement came just one day after the exclusive merchandside from her current tour went on sale. The line includes T-shirts, a sweatshirt, joggers, a poster, vinyl, CD, and digital music.
The T-shirts and sweatshirt feature a photo of Beyonce wearing in diamonds on a sparkling silver horse, a nod to the Renaissance album cover.
Beyonce's sold-out tour started on May 10 in Stockholm and is set to end in New Orleans on September 27.
The tour so far has broken more than 10 venue records, including three at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. She's the first act to sell out five shows there and the biggest gross in the history of the stadium.
