Beyoncé, Black Sabbath, and Kendrick Lamar tickets to go on sale as fans brace for scramble

Music fans are gearing up for a ticket scramble as Beyoncé, Black Sabbath, Kendrick Lamar and many more artists release general sale tickets on Friday.

Beyoncé has six dates booked in at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in June as part of her Cowboy Carter Tour.

It’ll be her first shows since her record-breaking Renaissance Tour in 2023, with Ticketmaster saying ticket prices will range from £71 to a staggering £950.

After several days of pre-sales, the general sale starts at 12:00 GMT on Friday and tickets are available here.

Tickets are also dropping for Ozzy Osbourne’s final gig with Black Sabbath at a fund-raising concert in Birmingham on July 5.

The concert will be the first time the heavy metal band’s original line-up - Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward - have played together in 20 years.

Their one-day festival at Villa Park will feature performances from bands they have inspired, including Metallica, Pantera, Slayer, Gojira and Anthrax.

Meanwhile, Lamar and SZA’s Grand National Tour general ticket sales went live at 9am on Friday.

The rapper and singer will play five stadium shows in July in Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff, and London.

Tickets for Patti Smith, Beck, Morrissey, Smashing Pumpkins, Mumford & Sons, and Razorlight are also available on Friday.

Beyoncé fans will have to brace for high prices for her summer shows.

For the superstar’s Renaissance tour in London, the cheapest ticket cost £56.25 while an average ticket was £139, Pollstar revealed.

The £2,400 VIP packages bought megafans a seat on the stage itself.

Earlier this week, the Cuff It singer added two extra dates to her London shows following “incredible fan responses” in pre-ticket sales.

She has also added an extra night in Paris on June 22, meaning there is still hope that she could perform at this year’s Glastonbury Festival as she currently has a free window around that time.

Cowboy Carter is Beyoncé’s eighth studio album and her first foray into country music.

Earlier this month, she won the coveted album of the year prize at the Grammys along with best country album and best country duo/group performance for II Most Wanted featuring Miley Cyrus.
