It’s one of the biggest events in the retail calendar, the Prime Day event is when Amazon offers its biggest discounts of the year. Beginning as just one day back in 2015, it has evolved into a two-day and biannual extravaganza where it took place in both July and October in 2022.

Amazon has revealed that this year’s event will take place from 00.00 on July 11 until 23.59 on July 12.

But this is a decision that you will certainly benefit from as it gives real bang for your £8.99 a month or £95 a year. Not only will you get access to the sale, but there’s also Prime Video included, next day delivery, same day delivery in some cases, free Kindle books, gaming and more.
What kind of TV deals can we expect?
Usually you will find some of the best discounts across the offering of TVs. It is one of the most sought-after categories each year and Amazon doesn’t disappoint. In 2022, there were savings of up to 45 per cent across LG, Samsung, Hisense, Panasonic and more. The best deal was on a Samsung 50” model that was reduced from £777 to £430.
