After an extended wait, the Cincinnati Bengals and fans finally know the official order of the 2023 NFL schedule.
All involved — including fans of the opposing teams, had fun reactions to the reveal.
After all, those Bengals got four primetime games, a handful more at a late-afternoon kickoff and some flex scheduling late in the season that could put them in front of the national spotlight even more.
Right at the top, the Bengals open the season against the Cleveland Browns — and close the season against their in-state rival, too.
Here’s a look at the best reactions to the full schedule.

My first thought about the Bengals schedule: Winning in CLE Week 1 is really important.
With back-to-back division games to start the season, it's important for the Bengals to get off to a good start.
Remember, the Bengals *should* contend for the AFC No. 1 seed

#Bengals schedule takeaways:
– 4 prime time games (Rams, Bills, Ravens, Jags)
– 2 MNF, 1 SNF, 1 TNF
– Schedule starts & ends with Browns
– 2 divisional games to start season, no more ‘til week 11

A few #Bengals schedule takeaways:
1. I’m surprised there are only 4 prime time games including just 1 on Sunday night. Of course, that could change if they get flexed.
2. Last year, all of their AFC North road games were originally at night. Only at Baltimore this year.

The Packers, a team presumably going backwards, got 5 primetime games.
The Bengals, a team with Super Bowl aspirations, got 4 Primetime games.

Myles Garrett in Week 1. The Ravens front in Week 2. Aaron Donald in Week 3. Jeffery Simmons in Week 4.
The Bengals face some great defensive lines and defensive linemen early. Having a more known commodity in Jonah Williams at right tackle would make a big difference early on.

Teams with more primetime games than the Bengals:
Chiefs, Chargers, Bills, Cowboys, Jets, Packers, Vikings, Raiders, Eagles, and 49ers

How did we get less PrimeTime than the Jets
— Jack 💥 (@Cincinneumeyer) May 12, 2023
4 Primetime games. 2 at home and 2 on the road.
Start of the season will be important, with 2 divisional games to start things out.
