Jay Johnson took the stand to talk all things Michigan State ahead of the Spartans’ spring game.
The offense in East Lansing was a main point of contention for MSU fans this past season, and it is a unit that needs to improve in 2023.
When Johnson spoke to the media, it appears that he likes what he has seen so far, and the Spartans are heading in the right direction.

Jay Johnson is speaking with us following MSU’s practice and he mentions how the team is “light years” ahead of where they were this time last year.
Adds, “To me it’s night and day.”
A lot of this has to do with the number of healthy players MSU has, especially on the line.
