It was a stress-free night for the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday, watching the first round unfold without coming close to making a pick. They don’t go on the clock until No. 104 overall, so they’ve still got plenty of time before their first selection rolls around.
There was only one player drafted in the first round who was on the Rams’ radar as a potential target in the third round, and that was Cole Strange. The Patriots selected him 29th overall, much to the surprise of Sean McVay and Les Snead.
