The Bay Road is an ever-popular walk for joggers, dog walkers and for those who want to catch up with friends. Take in the views of the Foyle in this easy circular path.
- Derry Walls
Derry's walls need no introduction. With fantastic views of the city and access to plenty of coffee shops to keep your hands warm, a walk along the walls is a pleasant way to spend any Autumn day.
- Culmore Country Park
This country walk is ideal for anyone who wishes to take a short, flat and pleasant circular walk. Popular with families and dog walkers, Culmore Point and Culmore Country Park offers some amazing views only a short drive outside of the city centre.
- Ness Woods
Ness Wood contains one of the highest waterfall in Northern Ireland. The Country Park contains over 7km of stunning woodland and riverside walks including a magnificent waterfall walk.
- Muff Glen Forest, Eglinton
This forest walk provides a welcome retreat for the local residents of Eglinton and visitors from surrounding areas. This is a scenic circular walk through the woods with some steep steps and a waterfall.
