With Hunter Long headed to the Los Angeles Rams as part of the trade for cornerback Jalen Ramsey, and Mike Gesicki’s return doubtful at the time, the Miami Dolphins signed former Denver Broncos tight end Eric Saubert.
Saubert joins Durham Smythe and Tanner Conner in a tight end room that still feels rather bare despite their being three now.
Before Saubert takes his first snaps in a Dolphins jersey, fans should get a look at him prior to signing with Miami, as he’s spent time with the Broncos, Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, Chicago Bears and Jacksonville Jaguars.
