No. 6 Michigan State gymnastics picked up an impressive win over rival No. 20 Michigan on Friday night in its Breslin Center debut.
The Spartans topped the Wolverines by the score of 197.500-196.975 on Friday night. There was a record crowd in attendance for the meet.
This is the third straight dual-meet victory for the Spartans over Michigan. Michigan State improves to 4-1 overall on the year and 1-0 in Big Ten play.
