When will Oodie's Black Friday sale start?
This year Black Friday falls on November 25.
Many retailers launch their Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals ahead of the weekend itself, but Oodie has revealed that it will be launching them from November 25 this year and already have a sign-up form for shoppers keen to hear all about the offers as soon as they go live.
Last year subscribers to the firm's email newsletter also got a sneak peek of what the deals were before they went live on the site.
What can we expect in terms of Oodie discounts for Black Friday 2022?
Last year there were some great deals to be had not just on the original Oodie blankets but also on some of their other products, including weighted blankets and other accessories.
The one thing we learned last year was that Oodie is a big seller on Black Friday. If there are specific prints you're after then make sure to check the site as early as you can on the day as popular colours sell out quickly.
Our other advice for 2022 is for pet owners to keep an eye out for Oodies for dogs which, along with Sleep Tees, hair turban towels and Oodie Boots - which look like Uggs but have the cute Oodie prints on them - are new lines for the Aussie firm this year.
Oodies for dogs are a new and long-awaited range from the retailer. Last year Snuggy had a hugely popular dog range which sold out in the run up to Christmas. But where Snuggy blankets are plain coloured, Oodie has bought a host of its most fun prints to a size for four legged friends. If you want a dachshund print Oodie for your dachshund our advice would be to absolutely buy as early as you can to avoid delays if stock sells out.

If you can't wait to get your hands on an Oodie there are already some ways to cut the price even before Black Friday season gets under way, although it's worth noting it does depend very much on whether you have your heart set on a specific print or colour or are happy to just plump for what's on offer.
Current deals will give you up £30 off an original Oodie hooded blanket depending on the style, while if you know a few people who want them - or perhaps want to pick up a few for Christmas presents - you can buy a bundle which reduces the cost even further.
Meanwhile, if you're looking for a weighted blanket they're currently available at up to £50 off.
