Best Nintendo Switch Black Friday bundles including new Pokémon Violet and Mario Kart

Nintendo has kept many guessing on their Black Friday plans but huge savings are now being released. Black Friday itself doesn't fall until next Friday, November 25 but many retailers have reduced prices of their most popular, best-selling products now to tempt even more sales ahead of the big day.

Britons will be looking to snag a bargain for Christmas, with search trends for the Nintendo Switch console being through the roof this week alone, it is set to be the most popular console of 2022.

It was recently revealed that Sony’s PlayStation 5 has become the best-selling console in the UK, overtaking the Nintendo Switch due to an increase in the availability of the console. However, search data from Google Trends reveals that the searches for ‘Nintendo Switch’ are a whopping 244% higher than searches for ‘PlayStation 5’ and 132% higher than searches for Xbox Series X.

That being said, it is no wonder we have spotted top retailers reducing the prices of the Nintendo Switch early. Very has some price drops on popular bundles, with the Nintendo Switch OLED Console with Pokemon Scarlet & Pokemon Violet bundle costing £389 (we still predict there will be further reductions), but Argos is coming out on top with the exact same bundle for just £319.

Also, if Pokemon is not for you, Currys has some other Nintendo Switch deals which may just be better suited, with the Nintendo Switch OLED Neon, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe & SanDisk 256 GB Memory Card Bundle now available with a £20 saving at £349.

Nintendo Switch Lite deals

While the Nintendo Switch will be the main console of the year, it is still worth checking the lower prices of the Nintendo Lite which may just be a little easier on your wallet.

The Yellow edition of the handheld console is currently priced at £185 on Amazon, which is nearly £15 cheaper than the standard price, with the Turqoise, Coral and Blue versions all costing a little more.
