Friday is our favourite day of the week - for obvious reasons - but on a certain Friday in November, that excitement becomes turbo charged.
The month is home to Black Friday, the sales frenzy that eclipses every other sale of the year. Whether you have a fantasy wish list or a very real shopping list crammed with essentials, chances are there will be some sort of Black Friday discount on them.
What is Black Friday?
The shopping phenomenon started in the States and has since conquered the world. It began as post-Thanksgiving sales and has spawned into an event all of its own. Think of a brand or retailer, and chances are they’ll be taking part in the discount bonanza.
When is Black Friday 2022? When is Cyber Monday 2022?
Held on the fourth Friday of November, this year it starts on November 25 running through the weekend and finishing in a blaze of glory on Cyber Monday, November 28. Monday is when you’ll find heavy discounts across all things tech.
Arriving just before the festive season gets underway, November has, for some, become synonymous with mega discounts and sales.
