Best Amazon Prime Day appliance deals 2022: including air con units, fridges and more

We're sure you're aware already, but if you're not Amazon Prime Day officially starts tomorrow (July 12).

Last week Amazon launched a plethora of early bird deals for Prime members to get stuck into, including huge price cuts on Amazon devices, select fashion styles and much more.

This Prime Day, many of us will be looking for great savings on some of the essentials - especially with the cost of living rising. So if you can save some extra cash on large home appliances like fridges, air con units and freezers it's well worth the look and every little helps, right?

We've found some amazing deals so far, including 26% off the ANSIO Tower Fan which is perfect for staying cool during the heatwave, or if you're looking for a fridge freezer unit the Haier Freestanding Combi Fridge Freezer has 34% off and is now just £449.

What to expect on Prime Day

Judging by previous year, the larger appliances are likely to go down in price some more, but it's pretty unlikely we'll see 90% off appliances.

However, in recent years we have seen some large items go into the Lightning Deals section, so it's worth keeping an eye there.

We'll also be keeping you up to date with the latest offers from Prime Day throughout the event.

What's more, Amazon has announced for Prime Day that it will double donations at no extra cost through AmazonSmile for purchases made throughout the two-day shopping event between 12 and 13 July.
