Dele Alli has been backed to turn around his recent poor run of form by Besiktas' Sporting Director Ceyhun Kazanci.
The on-loan Everton midfielder has made only eight starts for the Black Eagles, finding the net twice following his switch to the Turkish giants. With boss Senol Gunes publicly criticising his displays in recent weeks, the former Spurs man has once again grabbed headlines for the wrong reasons.
Alli, 26, was expected to kick on following his temporary move, but Gunes has again - like most managers - insisted the midfielder's output is well below what he expects of the Englishman. With an option to buy in his deal, the former Spurs' man future again looks bleak.

Gunes has reportedly drawn up a plan to work extensively with the Everton man before the season restarts following the World Cup in Qatar, with director Kazanci also backing Alli to come good and return to the peak of his powers.
Speaking to Turkish daily Fanatik, Kazanci said: “Dele Alli runs over 10 kilometers even when he is replaced in a game. We expect him to meet expectations.”
Scoring his first goal for the club in a 3-2 win over Ankaragücü in September, the Toffees man added a second to his tally during the side's 3-1 win over Serik Belediyespor in the Turkish Cup, just before the season paused last month.
