Following the intense movement of the Dumbbell Hang Snatch, Kreischer moved on to Burpees, a full-body exercise that is widely regarded as one of the most effective bodyweight exercises. It involves squatting down, kicking your feet back into a plank position, returning to the squat position, and then jumping up as high as possible, engaging the core, chest, and leg muscles.

The final exercise in Kreischer's AMRAP workout was the Goblet Squat. Performed with a dumbbell or kettlebell held at the chest, the Goblet Squat is a full-body exercise that targets the quads, hamstrings, and glutes, whilst also demanding a reasonable amount of mobility and stability from the upper body.
