Bernie Sanders is going viral yet again for doing the same pose that led him to be shared across the internet in 2021, this time at Donald Trump's inauguration four years later.

In a screen grab of a broadcast of Trump's inauguration, one X user captured the Vermont senator sitting in the corner of the crowd with his arms crossed across his chest, which users were quick to point out looked very similar to his viral 2021 incident.

"This diva never changed," one user said while sharing a photo of Sander's iconic mittens meme.

"I absolutely love Bernie Sanders," one user tweeted. "He's such an icon," another wrote.

Sanders initially went viral after photos were shared of him waiting alone in the cold for Joe Biden's inauguration to begin in 2021. The photos were shared widely at the time, leading users to photoshop the senator into odd locations, such as on the moon, in artwork and in pop culture moments.

"Happy to report that Bernie Sanders hasn't changed," one user laughed. "Bernie Sanders my hero," another user tweeted.

And just like four years ago, X users began turning the senator's photo, this time at Trump's inauguration, into a meme.

"Bernie Sanders saying to [himself] this could [have] been an email," one user tweeted. "Bernie yet again perfectly expressing people's energy!" another wrote.
