It's been another busy week of top hires and promotions being announced by companies across the North West.
The likes of luxury car maker Bentley and property firm JLL are among those to have made major moves.
Below, we round up the latest hires and promotions that we feel you should not miss.

Bentley
Bentley Motors has announced the appointment of Stefanie Lackner as its new head of sustainability communications.
Joining from Audi AG, she will work closely with the Bentley board of management, the leadership team and regional networks to shape communications around environmental, economic and social sustainability, as well as helping to increase understanding of the value of diversity and inclusion across the company.
She replaces Jo O’Brien who left the business last year to pursue other opportunities.
She said: "The Bentley story began over 100 years ago with bold pioneers pushing boundaries to set the pace on the racetrack.
"Now the brand is once again setting the pace in the transition to sustainable luxury mobility, driven by the forward-thinking Beyond100 strategy, the boldest plan in the luxury automotive sector.
"For me it is not just one of the most exciting, but also the most important job I have yet undertaken, helping to define Bentley’s path towards a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive future for generations to come."
Synapse360
Manchester-based Synapse360 has announced Steve Lamb as its new UK sales director.
He will be responsible for delivering the next stage of sales growth for the business.
Managing director Steve Douglas said: "Having worked with Steve Lamb since 2011 I am delighted to make this appointment that I know will support Synapse360’s growth over the coming years.
"Steve’s extensive industry experience, his ability to embrace the new, and his dogged determinism are an ideal combination as we expand our ambitions into the City of London and public sector."
Cheshire Business School
Cheshire Business School has recruited a sales and marketing manager.
Victoria Case has worked in multiple marketing roles across industries including FMCC, financial services and education.
She will be responsible for bolstering engagement with current members and increasing its membership base.
She said: "I’m excited to join Cheshire Business School at such a crucial period in its evolution."
Gunnercooke
Chris Williams has been hired by Gunnercooke as a partner in Manchester.
Mr Williams specialises in M&A and private equity transactions and has joined international law firm Kennedys.
He said: "I’m delighted to be joining the team of experienced partners at gunnercooke and to be working alongside leading legal experts.
"I’m looking forward to working within the creative fee sharing model, which allows me to focus on being more personal in the way that I work with clients."
Blume
Manchester-based customer acquisition specialist for the legal sector Blume has appointed Brionie Cook-Scowen as a new business development manager.
Previously, she led the business development function at e-medicals UK Limited where she also held the position of medco responsible officer. Prior to this she was at Mobile Doctors.
She said: "Blume has a focused and clear strategy for the future with a great proposition which I can’t wait to share with clients.
"A big part of what attracted me to the role was the scale of Blume’s ambitions, drive for innovation and growth and the passion of its people. I’m looking forward to joining the team and playing my part in moving the business forward."
JBH
Manchester digital PR and SEO agency JBH has appointed Andy Holland as director of SEO.
He said: "I feel extremely lucky and excited to be joining the JBH team to lead their SEO service. After meeting with the founders I knew that the agency would be the perfect fit for me.
"I have been a long-time admirer of the campaigns and results that the JBH team deliver, and I have spoken previously at their Missing Link industry event. I can’t wait to get started and help with the next chapter of this exciting journey."
JLL
JLL has appointed Kath Cope to join its project management team in the Manchester office.
In her new role, she will be responsible for working on a variety of project types including new build developments and occupier fit outs.
She joins from Colliers, where she previously delivered a number of high-profile instructions including collaborating with two global technology development companies and overseeing their office fit outs. She previously also worked with Siemens.
Inspired
Inspired, a technology-enabled service provider supporting businesses in their drive to net zero, controlling energy costs and managing their response to climate change, has announced a series of board changes.
The Lancashire company has hired Peter Tracey as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Tracey is managing director of Blackdown Partners, an independent investment bank.
Sangita Shah has been appointed as the senior independent non-executive director and will replace Sarah Flannigan as chair of the ESG Committee.
Dianne Walker will replace Sarah Flannigan on the Remuneration Committee and will remain as chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Pannone Corporate
North West law firm Pannone Corporate has announced the promotion of two longstanding members of the team to partner.
Jonny Scholes has been promoted to partner in the firm’s dispute resolution team.
He is joined as partner by Daniel Clarke, who leads the corporate recovery and insolvency practice.
Senior partner Paul Jonson said: "Each promotion and appointment represents Pannone’s commitment to investing in our people and the future of our business.
"The Partner promotions are thoroughly well deserved. Jonny and Dan have both demonstrated true commitment, dedication and passion to the firm, acting as a real example to those rising through the ranks, and they should be incredibly proud of their achievements."
