Some reminders about the waiver wire and practice squad rules:
- Players with more than four seasons of service (like Thomas) are free agents right away.
- Waiver claims will be processed by noon ET on Wednesday.
- Practice squads, featuring 16 players, get announced at 1 p.m. ET.
