There hasn’t been a ton of interest shown in the Los Angeles Rams’ free agents this week, but Nick Scott’s market might be starting to heat up. According to Mike Garafolo, the Cincinnati Bengals are hosting Scott on a free-agent visit Thursday.
The Bengals are a good fit after Vonn Bell and Jessie Bates both left in free agency, so they’re in the market for a new starting safety. Scott is viewed highly around the NFL, too, with six or seven teams expected to be interested in him this free agency period.
The #Bengals are hosting S Nick Scott on a free-agent visit today, sources say. Scott had 86 tackles and 2 INTs in 17 games (16 starts) with the #Rams this past season. Cincy lost Jessie Bates and Vonn Bell in free agency, so they’re looking to restock at the position.

Scott joined the Rams as a seventh-round pick in 2019, working his way up the depth chart after primarily being a special teams player as a rookie. He was a full-time starter at safety last season, starting 16 of 17 games and recording two interceptions to go with a career-high 86 tackles.
