The Cincinnati Bengals exited halftime of Super Bowl LVI against the Los Angeles Rams down just 13-10.
That was a pretty good position for the team to be in considering it had outscored opponents 102-40 in third quarters that season.
And the Bengals made good on that right away, with Joe Burrow hitting Tee Higgins for a 75-yard touchdown on the very first play after halftime to make it 17-13.
Then the defense got in on the fun too.
On the Rams’ first play out of halftime, Chidobe Awuzie picked off Matthew Stafford, which the Bengals offense used as a chance to go down and get three more points.
The two big highlights:

The teams traded drives from there, with Burrow badly missing on a third down attempt but D.J. Reader getting a key sack on Matthew Stafford to keep things at 20-16.
