The Cincinnati Bengals approach a key offseason with plenty of cap space to make big moves like potentially re-sign Tee Higgins and pursue outside free agents.
It helps that the Bengals allotted $5.9 million in carryover money, with the NFL confirming the values for all teams this week, per Over the Cap.
That means the Bengals currently sit at roughly $58.7 million in free cap space to work with this offseason before any cap-saving measures like cuts, extensions and restructures.
Since the Bengals have whiffed on names like Jermaine Burton and others, the Bengals will be able to put this cash to use on things like extensions and outside signings as they remain in win-now mode despite the disappointing end to the season.
