Has H&M finally put me in my influencer era?!

Last week, PTV attended the H&M’s Autumn/Winter Launch Party in Sydney.

The Venue

H&M’s Autumn/Winter Launch Party took place in St Barnabas in Ultimo, Sydney.

Sure, it was in a church, but you wouldn’t have known it being in there.

It was a funky, well-designed space, decked out in H&M decor and filled with its signature red that lit up the room.

The Food

I don’t know about you, but this was very important to me. 

There were the usual canapés that were DELICIOUS, but my personal favourite was the food truck handing out as many mini burgers and cups of fries as you could eat.

Plus, the burgers were wrapped in the cutest H&M print. Look at this!!! So adorable.

I may have kept this wrapper as a souvenir, but let’s not talk about that.

The Fits

Everyone’s favourite part: the fits. 

Our honorary PTV interviewer, model Emma Kate Boyd, chatted with some of the guests at the event, and let me just say – the looks were SERVING.

I’ve dropped a couple favourites down below, but honesty, it was the cream of the crop when it came to immaculately designed looks.

Plus, our faves below are decked out in head to toe H&M. From the brownish-reddish tones to a mix of textures, this crowd knows exactly what’s hot and what’s not.

There was also an insane amount of conflict on the future of jorts. I’m definitely a fan.

My take? We’re truly at an era where street style is quickly adapting to the cold that’s heading our way. Think 70s vibes, monochromatic colours, studded shoes and chic coats. I also spotted a lot of sleek hairstyles, so it looks like the Clean Girl aesthetic is still going strong as we head into autumn.

The woman herself: Benee

The moment you’ve all been waiting for. At least, it’s definitely the moment I’d been waiting for.

When Benee took the stage, I felt my soul exit my body. When the opening notes of Beach Boy started playing, I could almost swear I fully started levitating.

You call it dramatic. I call it realism.

Jokes aside, Benee took us away into the rest of the night with an absolutely brilliant set, performing back-to-back bangers with her signature spunk and style. 

The star was decked out in head to toe H&M, of course.

Can confirm: I felt that coat with my own two hands, and it is soft as hell.

The Vibe

The results are in, and the vibes were immaculate.

I mean?!?!?! You truly had to be there.

It’s the red lighting for me.

H&M pulled together a hot party where the music was fab, the food was fab, the space was fab, and arguably most importantly – the fits were FAB. 10s across the board.
