Ben Kensell says he's hopeful that a memorable night is in wait for the Hibees ahead of their match with St Johnstone.
The Premiership contest will be a historic one on Friday night as VAR is introduced to domestic Scottish football. They are also expecting their biggest home support for over 30 years after reduced ticket prices and wanting to test the waters with Friday night football. Several more will watch from home via the PPV option Hibs TV have taken up for this clash.
Chief executive Kensell has been delighted with the response to the match at Easter Road and insists it will make hard work worthwhile: "Everyone at the club is excited for what is set to be a historic night for Hibernian FC and Scottish football. To have over 19,500 Hibernian supporters inside the stadium - the largest number of home fans inside Easter Road for over 30 years - is absolutely magnificent.

"I'd like to thank the supporters for embracing the special ticket offering and the return of Friday night football.
"Behind the scenes we've been working incredibly hard to produce a memorable, special build up to the game that really marks the occasion.
"With the introduction of VAR, a sold-out Easter Road, and the pre-match build-up, I hope it's a game that lives long in the memory for our supporters."
