A teenager will be "dancing forever" as tributes come pouring in after she took her own life.
Macie Jayne Vella was just 18-years-old when she was found dead at her dad's home on Berry Street, Skelmersdale, just after 11pm on July 26 this year. An inquest into the young woman's death was held on Wednesday where she was described as a "wonderful" teenager.
Macie and her girlfriend, who she had been in a relationship with since April this year, had been living at her dad’s home while he was away on holiday. The couple had spent the day of her death together before an argument developed.

When Macie's phone went unanswered in the hours that followed the fight her partner returned to find the doors locked, the blinds open, and Macie could be seen through a window inside. Since the ECHO shared the young woman's death, tribuets have been pouring in.
Sarah Kynaston said: "Oh Macie. You are loved so much", as Louise Shannon wrote: "Truly heartbreaking. Macie rest in peace and fly high with the angels." Millie Watson added: "Miss you more than words could ever describe Macie Moo. Our dancing sis forever."
The ECHO previously reported how Macie, a former pupil of Up Holland High School and Scarisbrick Hall School near Ormskirk, had tragically lost her biological mother, Sarah, to suicide at the age of six. Macie had suffered from mental health issues in recent years and had been referred to Children and Adult Mental Health Services around six years ago.
At the hearing, a statement from Macie’s dad David Vella said he believed his daughter had lost weight and been targeted by bullying. A relative told the court: "Macie reported lots of instances to me about harassment in many different ways by a certain group of people, to the point where she was even frightened to stay at her dad’s home.”
ECHO readeer Mark Phoenix said: "Heart Breaking a beautiful young lady not much older than my eldest, I can't imagine what her family are going through." Janice Young wrote: "Heartbreaking and devastating thinking of David, Linda and all the family rest in paradise, fly high beautiful girl you are missed by lots."
Jodie Gilbo said: "RIP our beautiful Angel our Macie, my little sis (your girlfriend your Lo) misses you so, so much we all do our hearts are broken." Diane Keegan added: "Gorgeous girl. It’s a hard world to live in for so many."
