BELINDA CARLISLE has wished Rangers well ahead of their Europa League final against Eintracht Frankfurt this Wednesday.
Supporters of the Ibrox club have been belting out her song 'Heaven is a Place on Earth' for weeks now, in tribute to midfielder John Lundstram.
Fans of course adapted the words to 'John Lundstram is the best on earth' off the back of his terrific form which helped Rangers to reach the final of the European competition.
The former Sheffield United star scored the winner against RB Leipzig in the semi-final at Ibrox.
And with a little over 48-hours to go until the big kick-off in Seville, with tens of thousands of fans embarking on the Spanish city, Carlisle has sent a good luck message to Rangers.
Huge best wishes and good luck to @RangersFC - a special message from Belinda Carlisle ♥️@The_real_Gio #johnlundstram @James_Tavernier @RangersUELFinal @ibroxrocks @EuropaLeague @4ladshadadream @talkSPORTDrive @ClydeSSB @btsport @SeafarerMichael @Sports_EmmaD #uel pic.twitter.com/ReWgXXVtBb

In particular, Lundstram, Giovanni van Bronckhorst and James Tavernier earned some extra praise.
In a video shared on social media, the famous singer said: "I'm wishing John, Gio and Tav and everyone at the Glasgow Rangers Football Club the very best of luck in Seville."
