This revealed the best public parks that the public can visit to enjoy a long day in the sunshine without worrying about having to leave early due to the lack of toilet facilities or because they’ve run out of drinks and snacks.
The data also takes into account the rating of each park, removing those below 4 stars and those which had less than 250 reviews, to ensure only the best and beautiful parks made the list.
Ormeau Park in Belfast is the oldest park and one of the largest parks in the city having opened to the public in 1871 and a popular spot for locals and tourists.
With a wide variety of wildlife, horticulture, woodlands, sports facilities and spaces for concerts, it's perfect for a brisk walk or a relaxing picnic before enjoying the nightlife.
