Blake Lively revealed on Superbowl Sunday that she and husband Ryan Reynolds have welcomed their fourth child together.
The actress took to Instagram to share the big news alongside a new snap of her that showed she’d already returned to her pre-pregnancy figure.
In the photo, the 35-year-old is seen with no sign of a baby bump as she stands between Deadpool star Reynolds, 46, and his mother, Tammy.
She captioned the image: "Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023... been busy."
The couple, who wed in 2012 and already share daughters James, seven, and daughters, Inez, six, and Betty, three, announced last September that Lively was pregnant again.
Shortly after the announcement, Reynolds talked about expanding their family with Entertainment Tonight.
"I’m very excited," he said. "We’d have to be. You know, you’d have to be a moron to do this four times if you didn’t like it.
“It’s gonna be nuts, but we’re very excited."
Lively also opened up about parenting with Reynolds in a 2016 interview. "Ryan had a nice, normal upbringing, and we want our kids to have the same normal life that we had," she told Marie Claire.
"We don’t ever want to rob them of what we had, because we’d feel really selfish."
Reynolds has previously shared that he was hoping their fourth child would be another girl as he has experience of being a father to daughters.
"I know girls. I’m a girl dad," he said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. "I’m used to that. I’m ready for that."
He also noted on the show that he and Lively did not know the gender of their fourth child and would wait until the birth to find out.
Last November on the Today show, the star also said his preference for daughters was because he grew up with three unruly brothers.
He said: "I was the youngest of four and we were just arsonists and firemen."
