Bedminster shopper used fake vouchers for 'large quantity' of goods as CCTV images released

A shopper at a Bedminster supermarket last month used counterfeit vouchers to pay for a 'large quantity' of goods, police have said.

The purchase reportedly happened at approximately 7.45pm on Saturday, September 24.

Officers at Avon & Somerset Police are appealing to the public and have released images of a woman they hope to speak to as part of an ongoing fraud investigation.

She has been described as female, mixed race, in her 30s and of average build. She has dark hair and tattoos on her neck and hand.

Anyone who recognises her, or was in the store at the time and can help the investigation, are is asked to call 101 and give reference number 5222233594 .
