With the recent snowfall making summer feel like miles away, many beauty lovers are looking for a way to get their glow back in the absence of sun. Now, shoppers have been heaping praise on a new facial self-tan that makes summer feel that little bit closer.
Popular beauty brand Coco&Eve have launched a brand new innovative ‘micromist’ face tan that customers have dubbed as a ‘game changer’.
The product has been so in-demand, it sold over 25,000 in one month after launching on December 8, 2022 - and now sells one every 20 seconds.

It’s the latest edition to the Sunny Honey Self-Tan Range and combines skincare with fake tan to offer a ‘streak free glow’ with added hydration and ‘plumper-looking skin’.
After cleansing, the tan can be sprayed directly onto the neck and face in a light layer for ‘instant hydration’, absorbing in just 30 seconds. Beauty buffs can complete their skincare routine as normal, with the tan developing in up to six hours.
The micromist technology allows for an even coverage that shoppers have claimed to be ‘life changing’.
One shopper, Lori, even said it ‘might be the cure for winter blues’, writing: “I used to be the early 2000's "dolphin sticker in the tanning bed" tan back in the day, but fear of damaging my skin made me search high and low for a tan that just made you look and feel refreshed. When I found Coco and Eve, well, life changing.
“However, my face always seems.to go pale SO much faster than the rest of my body, so when the drops came out, I was SO excited. They weren't my favourite thing, and using the actual tanner with a kabuki brush was splotchy.
“Then this happened and I wish it was around my whole life because WOW does it do wonders. I sprayed it on my face at night and woke up glowing as if I was prancing around a beach all night, but without the sunburnt nose and forehead.... I hope this product never goes away or changes the formula. This might be the cure for the winter blues!”

Of nearly 50 reviews from shoppers, there is only one, solitary single star review, which goes to show how popular it has been with most people who tried it. The negative review read: “I have used many face tanners and wanted to try this one, very disappointed. Definitely doesn’t work on my skin, just made my eyebrows orange. I have tried many different ways of applying but just doesn’t work. Will be going back to my original face tan.”
