Beauty fans say 'magic' pillowcase clears up bad skin and painful acne in WEEKS

A pillowcase that beauty fans say can reduce acne is earning rave reviews online. The silk Silvi pillowcase is a viral hit on TikTok as shoppers praise it for preventing acne and 'bed head'.

The Silvi pillowcase is the first in the world to use antibacterial silver treatment on silk to eliminate 99.7% of acne-causing bacteria and fans say using it has helped to cut acne, prevent blackheads and whiteheads, and prevent oily skin within a month of using it.

Users have also claimed the pillow prevents split ends and 'bed head' because its smooth surface is does not pull on hair like a cotton pillowcase.

The pillowcase company was founded by friends Max Hertan and Ben Goodman, who discovered it was their cotton pillowcase that was contributing to their acre problem. They developed the Silvi pillowcase and shared a video on TikTok comparing a cotton pillowcase to the silk one.

A reviewer on the Silvi website, Jamie, says: "My skin and hair have felt great since I converted to this brand. I am so obsessed I had to share with my loved ones and got them pillowcases to try. I feel like since I’ve been using Silvi my skin hasn’t really been breaking out and hair feels very soft. Very satisfied customer and would highly recommend to everyone else!"

Another fan, Grace, says: "A lot of things helped my skin a little. These pillowcases have been the first thing that has helped a LOT! I delayed purchasing Silvi due to the price, but now I wish I’d bought Silvi sooner. The difference it’s made is very noticeable. I’m excited to say my skin looks clearer than it has in decades (I’m in my early 30s,) and I don’t think I could ever go back to normal silk pillowcases."

The pillowcase, described as "all-natural, hypoallergenic, perfect for sensitive skin' has proved to be a hit with beauty fans on the social media platform and is sale here.
