Beauty fans say £14 Superdrug anti-ageing cream works SO fast it's 'botox in a tub'

Beauty fans are flocking to Superdrug for a £14 anti-ageing serum that works so fast, it's been branded a 'botox in a tub'. The £14 anti-ageing serum has been praised by shoppers, who have been blown away by how fast it gives 'smooth and youthful skin', and works as well as, if not better than, expensive high-end brands.

Superdrug's Optimum Collagen Day cream costs £14.99 per tub However, it is currently on offer meaning shoppers can get a tub completely free.

Superdrug currently has a buy one get one free offer on selected Optimum anti-ageing creams. Included in the buy one get one free offer shoppers can find Superdrug Optimum Collagen Eye Cream 15ml, Optimum Retinol Serum 30ml, Superdrug Optimum Retinol Extra Strength Eye Cream and Optimum Vitamin C Serum 30ml to name just a few.

Shoppers can also get the Optimum Collagen Day cream to pair with the £14.99 Optimum Collagen Night cream for a full anti-ageing routine as part of the buy one get one free offer.

Superdrug's Optimum Collagen Night cream has been specially formulated to deliver maximum hydration and to target the signs of ageing whilst you sleep. The budget £15 anti-ageing cream has been created using a combination of a powerful peptide and minerals known to help skin to boost its own collagen production, and a mix of hydrating actives to help plump the skin for a firmer and youthful looking glow.

The brand trialled the product on 117 people who said: "Instantly, your skin feels nourished, and after 2 weeks, the skin appears smoother and more radiant. However, after 4 weeks, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and skin feels firmer."

Away from the trials, the £15 Superdrug anti-ageing cream has been praised by shoppers, and has had plenty of five-star reviews. Some shoppers have been so impressed by the cream, they say it rivals, and could be even better than expensive designer brands.

One five-star reviewer wrote: "Great to use and feels good on the skin. As good as products a lot more expensive, could be better than them as no perfume which I like as it can give a bad reaction." A second said: "Lovely & silky to apply with a pleasant scent. Makes my very sensitive skin feel good."

A third five-star reviewer raved: "I use this often. It's definitely improved the appearance of my skin. You may not notice until you have many others compliment you. Stick with it and use it every day. Be patient."

Somebody else gave the budget Superdrug anti-ageing cream five stars, writing: "Use this night cream every night for over 6 months as well as day cream , I have found it has been very beneficial."

Another person said: "Makes my skin look younger, very absorbent, i dont like the smell of this cream, but it does what it say on the tin, worth the money." Somebody else reviewed the cream, writing: "I love this product. You will see the difference after 2 weeks of using it."
